Reflex Speed is a game designed to use cross-lateral training to increase reflexes for athletes. RS increases the neurological connections in the brain to enable faster responses. Initial research has shown that RS does aid in increasing a person’s reflexes. The game also tracks the statistics so that coaches and athletes can track progress. Furthermore, RS is in the process of assisting in the recovery of stroke victims. Since research has shown that virtual training may assist stroke victims, RS could help with post-stroke treatment.
