Miramonte Park is a prototype game that was developed for and in conjunction with a local startup, Last of Five. The final game will be targeted to children of 3-6 years old, while the prototype is intended to drum up excitement and. The learning goals in the game are based off of the “Next Generation Science Standards” curriculum which will provide real world educational value to the children who will play.
The prototype contains a park screen which serves as the landing page for when a child loads the app, a storybook that can be flipped through, one full art interactive page, and a “growing flowers” game experience.
