AppleCare for Computers
I worked for AppleCare and their computer support department. My role was to take incoming customer support calls and break down each issue so that it can be solved with empathy and care. This type of customer support allowed Apple to be rated with the best customer support for several years. While working for Apple, I was able to gain massive amounts of information about how to successfully troubleshoot any issue with computers as well as how to take care of customers on a personal level.
